1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the East Coast Renewable Solutions (“ECR”, “we”, “us”) website and the services we provide. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

ECR provides solar, battery storage, EV charging, solar hot water and electrical design, supply, installation and maintenance services across NSW. All work is carried out by licensed electricians in-house, with no subcontracting.

3. Quotes & pricing

• Quotes are based on the information available at the time and the conditions observed during any site assessment.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, after which pricing may change.
• Final pricing may be adjusted where site conditions, switchboard upgrades, additional works or supply costs differ from those originally assessed. Any variation will be communicated to you before proceeding.
• Government rebates and incentives (such as STCs) are subject to eligibility and current scheme rules, which may change without notice.

4. Bookings, payments & cancellations

Payment terms, deposits and schedules are set out in your individual quote or agreement. Cancellation or rescheduling terms will also be specified there. Deposits may be non-refundable where equipment has been ordered or works have commenced.

5. Workmanship & warranties

Our installation workmanship is warranted as stated in your agreement. Manufacturer product warranties (panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment) are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms. We will assist you in making valid warranty claims where possible.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide safe, reasonable access to your property and relevant areas (roof, switchboard, meter).
• Provide accurate information about your property and energy needs.
• Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g. strata, landlord or council approvals) where required.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to ECR and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ECR is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
