Before You Request a Quote

A few of the questions we're asked most often at the quote stage.

Which areas do you install in?
We install across Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland and surrounding NSW areas. If you're just outside these regions, get in touch — we'll let you know straight away whether we can help.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We respond to every enquiry within 24 hours, usually the same business day. Once we have your recent electricity bill and a few property details, your custom written quote — with system design, savings projection and all rebates applied — typically follows within a couple of business days.
Is the quote really free, with no obligation?
Yes. Your quote is completely free and there's no obligation to proceed. If the numbers aren't right for you, that's fine — we don't chase you with relentless follow-ups.
Do you use subcontractors?
Never. Every job is designed, installed and signed off by our own licensed in-house electricians — start to finish. The person who quotes your system is part of the same team that installs it.
Do you do commercial solar as well as residential?
Yes. Alongside homes we design and install commercial solar for warehouses, workshops, farms and industrial sites across Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland and wider NSW — including a free on-site assessment and all rebates handled for you.
What should I have ready before requesting a quote?
A recent electricity bill is the most useful thing — it lets us model your usage and savings accurately. Beyond that, a rough idea of your roof type, any shading, and whether you're considering a battery or EV charger all help us tailor the design.
Who handles my warranty if something goes wrong?
We do — all of it. If anything ever needs attention, you call us, not the manufacturer. As your licensed in-house installer we manage every warranty claim on your behalf, from panels and inverters to batteries, so you're never left chasing a supplier overseas.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and servicing?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and annual system health checks to keep your solar, battery and EV charging performing at their best. Because we installed it and we hold the warranty, the same in-house team looks after your system for the long term.
