ECR Solutions is based at Somersby. The van you see on your street in Gosford or Terrigal is our van, and the electrician on your roof is the one who quoted the job and who answers the phone if something needs looking at in three years.
That matters more on the Coast than most places. Salt air is hard on hardware, roofs here range from 1960s tile to new Colorbond, and a lot of the housing stock has switchboards that need attention before a battery goes anywhere near them. We assess all of that before we quote, not after.

Yes. We are based at Somersby, so we cover the Peninsula, Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Kincumber, Wyong, The Entrance and up through Toukley and Budgewoi. Most of our jobs are within twenty minutes of the workshop.
It does, and it is worth taking seriously near the water. On coastal and near-coastal jobs we specify marine-grade rail and fixings and select panels and inverters rated for the exposure. It costs a little more up front and saves a lot of grief later.
Ausgrid covers the entire Central Coast. We lodge your connection application with them and follow it through, including any export-limit conditions that apply to your street.
Often, yes. A lot of Coast housing stock has boards that need upgrading before a battery can be connected safely. We check this during the site assessment and quote it openly rather than discovering it on install day.
A straightforward solar system is usually one day. Solar plus a battery is typically one to two days. We give you a firm date rather than a window, and we turn up on it.
